I kinda forgot how much I love summer!! These first two weeks of summer break have been so fun! It is so nice to spend our days doing whatever we feel like doing!! We haven't been staying at home much, we have been out and about enjoying the weather before it gets scorching hot!! This week we leave for our long roadtrip!! We are getting pretty excited to see family and friends!
Here is what we have been up to: birthday parties, trips to the pool and splash parks, hanging out with friends, having Hattie's friend over to play, having a sleep over at Marina's house ( both Hattie and I spent the night), daily trips to the gym ( just me and sometimes Hattie!), going to the wildlife sanctuary for the tigers' birthday party, going to our library story time, going to the Ranger's baseball game while the girls had a babysitter, concerts on the Lake in Rockwall, hanging out with grandma and grandpa, and going to a cool restaurant called the Magic Time Machine to celebrate the end of my 12 week challenge at the gym!!
Today we had a fun thing at church called " Dad Fest" to celebrate Father's Day. There was a car show, games for the dads and the best bbq ever!! Us girls got up early this morning and got daddy breakfast and his favorite coffee from Starbucks!! Thanks for being such a great daddy, Brent!! We love you!!
