My old college roomie, Bri, flew in to Texas from Oregon. It had been 5 years since we had seen eachother!
I love Bri- she always has such a positive attitude and is so much fun to be around. She came to school with me one day and talked to the kiddos about disabilities and cerebral palsy. The kids had about a million questions...they especially liked that Bri knew how to ski and were very interested in snow and the ski lifts! One little guy told Bri he felt so bad for her because of her disabilitiy and Bri had such a great response, she said that she didn't want anyone to feel bad for her because she is so happy and has a great job, house, and can do almost anything.
One night we went to Grapevine Mills Mall and visited the aquarium and The Rainforest Cafe. I had planned on it being so busy, so we were really surprised when we had the aquarium to ourselves ( mostly) and didn't even have a wait for The Rainforest Cafe! Yay!
Over the weekend we spent time at my parents house ( they just got into town Friday!) and Sara's house! Bri fits right in to our crazy family!
Hattie was really sad when she realized Bri had left today...she told Bri that she was her best friend. Benny also really misses Bri....those two were buds!

Rainforest Cafe was really fun! Hattie didn't care for the loud animal noises every 5 minutes, but surprisingly Hollyn like it!
